With over 20 years of experience in consulting engineering, he has been elevated to the roles of electrical team leader, production manager, senior electrical designer, and project manager. His expertise lies in designing electrical infrastructure for commercial and institutional buildings, including hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers, freestanding emergency rooms, and research laboratories.

For the past 14 years, Derek has specialized in healthcare projects, bringing a hands-on approach to every stage of design. His responsibilities include initial planning, client relations, and electrical system design, where he excels in solving complex problems through coordination and teamwork. Derek thrives on collaboration, working closely with partners to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes.
