Certus Celebrates Five Years of Partnership and Growth

The Certus team is thrilled to celebrate the company’s five year anniversary this year!

Founders Danna Jensen, Kevin Miller, and Roger Koppenheffer founded the company in 2019 with a vision to create a firm that could provide clients and partners with a dynamic, responsive, and innovative solutions team to meet their healthcare MEP needs. Today, the company has produced over 400 projects ranging in size from one room renovations to over 200,000 square feet for more than 40 architect, contractor, and owner partners. The scope and complexity of the team’s projects continues to expand with over 100 of the projects focused on complex MEP infrastructure.

The founders have taken great care to hire the best and the brightest, with a focus on adding talent that is aligned with the company’s values and long-term vision. Certus team members value the learning and growth opportunities, and the ability to best serve clients with innovative and flexible project solutions. 

From day one Certus has focused on developing strong client partnerships based on being present, respectful, and caring about the work and the people involved. The team prides itself on responsiveness and delivering a high-quality product every time.

  • Today’s Certus team is made up of 25 individuals (and growing!), proudly representing ten different universities and colleges.

  • All three founders of Certus (Danna, Kevin and Roger) studied at Kansas State University - Go Wildcats!

  • Certus continues to serve both urban and rural community healthcare systems bringing extensive expertise and solutions across the state of Texas.
