Complex health care infrastructure upgrades are one of our key project types and the Texas Health Arlington Memorial Boiler Replacement Project is a perfect example. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of the existing, aged steam boilers and associated feedwater systems with a dual-fuel high efficiency hydronic boiler system. The project included multi-phased removal and replacement of equipment which presents unique challenges and requires a systematic approach to maintain continued operation of the steam and heating hot water plant supporting the fully functional hospital during the course of the construction.
