Dr. Steven Camp Plastic Surgery and Anesthetics Ambulatory Surgical Center

This project involved the finish-out of approximately 8,000 square feet within an empty core and shell building. The scope included a 2,900-square-foot Plastic Surgery Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and the build-out of the remaining space as tenant improvement (T.I.) medical office building (MOB) space.

The Plastic Surgery ASC was designed to support outpatient surgical procedures with a focus on efficiency, patient comfort, and advanced technology. The space includes two fully equipped operating rooms, pre- and post-operative recovery areas, and supporting MEP infrastructure to ensure adherence to stringent healthcare requirements.

This project required careful coordination to integrate healthcare grade mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the existing shell building. Certus’ expertise ensured that the facility met the unique technical and regulatory requirements for both surgical and clinical spaces.
