Texas Health Frisco – 6th Floor Finishout

This 25,000-square-foot patient floor finish-out was a fast-tracked response to the rapidly growing healthcare needs of the community, initiated just one year after the hospital’s opening. The project transformed the shelled space into a fully functional patient care floor, featuring 30 acuity-adaptable rooms and dedicated dialysis capabilities to support a wide range of patient needs. Delivering this project within an active hospital environment required meticulous planning to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations. Certus’ longstanding partnership with Texas Health and HKS played a pivotal role in the project’s success. Leveraging lessons learned from the design and construction of the newly opened facility, the team implemented strategies for continuous improvement and optimization. This collaborative approach ensured a smooth delivery process and a high-quality outcome tailored to the hospital’s operational needs.
