Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Waxahachie – Lab Renovation

The hospital laboratory serves as a vital hub for diagnostic testing, supporting patient care with accurate and timely results. This project involved upgrading the lab’s automated processing line with new state-of-the-art equipment, enhancing efficiency, throughput, and precision in diagnostic testing. The scope of work included the removal of outdated equipment, installation of the automated line and other associated equipment to integrate with the existing laboratory infrastructure. Given the lab’s continuous operation, the project required meticulous planning and phased implementation to ensure minimal disruption to daily testing and patient care.
